Agent
One workflow. The out of the box agent is three steps, 250 contacts, and no custom knowledge, at £299 per month with no setup.
Contact nurtured
A unique contact worked in a billing month. Not a message count and not a Meta conversation.
Conversation (website)
One website live chat session. List price 9p. Any contract cap is per website, not shared across brands.
Conversation (app)
One authenticated companion or bespoke app session. List price 12p.
Dashboard seat
One named dashboard seat so a person can reply on WhatsApp or SMS and take over from the AI. A platform fee of £19 per user per month.
Agent setup
Template agents have no setup. Extra workflow steps (nodes) or any custom knowledge makes the agent custom and adds £1,747 setup once. Extra steps are £20 per month. Custom knowledge is £49 per month per 50 snippets.
Meta conversation
Meta's 24 hour WhatsApp session. Paid by the client to Meta through Meta Business Manager, £0.045 each. Not a Zeus fee and not in the Zeus quotation.

What Zeus is not

  • Not a Meta product. Meta conversation fees are paid by the client to Meta.
  • Not ChatGPT with a new name. Zeus uses OpenAI models plus workflow logic, guardrails, integrations, and a client knowledge layer.
  • Not financial, legal, medical, tax, or other regulated advice.
  • Not a promotional WhatsApp blast tool. Messages are transactional and behaviour triggered.

  • Out of the box agent: £299 per month, including 250 contacts and no custom knowledge.
  • Extra contacts: first 1,000 at £1.27, next to 5,000 at £1.00, next to 50,000 at £0.74, next to 100,000 at £0.59, then £0.54.
  • Website live chat: £99 per brand per month.
  • Website conversations: 9p each on the public calculator. Any cap is in the contract, per website.
  • App conversations: 12p each.
  • SMS: 6p per message sent.
  • Salesforce, HubSpot or Reapit: £199 per connector per month. Setup 2 senior hours (£270) per connector.
  • Agent complexity: 3 workflow steps (nodes) included. Extra steps £20 per month. Custom knowledge £49 per month per 50 snippets. Not included in the base.
  • Custom CRM: £1,080 per month.
  • Dashboard: £19 per seat per month. This is a platform fee.
  • Setup: none on a template agent. £1,747 once on a custom agent.
  • Hours: senior developer £135, project manager £109, technical account manager £95, junior developer £75, administrator £59.
  • Meta: £0.045 per WhatsApp conversation, paid to Meta through Meta Business Manager, not billed by Zeus.

No. Zeus AI uses the latest OpenAI models, but the product is not a model wrapper. Zeus includes workflow logic, guardrails, integrations, and a custom knowledge layer so replies are grounded in the client's business context.

What can Zeus actually do for the business?

Zeus can engage contacts, qualify intent, answer approved business questions, nurture leads, and book calls.

How does Zeus integrate with existing systems?

A pilot can start from a CSV of leads. Production use can ingest leads through the API and send outcomes through webhooks into a CRM.

Will this turn WhatsApp into a marketing channel?

No. Zeus is service-led. Messages are transactional and behaviour triggered, not promotional blasts.
